THE EXPERIENCE

Each training session consists of a warm-up, exercise rounds, and a stretch. When scheduling your training session online or in the app, you’ll pick which station you start at treadmills, weights, cables or boxing bags.

You’ve got three options: (1) bring your own gloves from home; (2) rent them from the front desk for $5.00, or (3) purchase a pair from the front desk.

Complimentary exercise towel service is included your experience.

All fitness levels are welcome at INFINITY. Please let your training coach know if you require modifications. They will gladly provide you with alternative movement options.

A recovery session is a 10-minute self guided session which includes the use of one of the following pieces of equipment: Infrared Cocoon Pod, Hydromassage Lounge, Zero-Gravity Massage Chair, and Compression Therapy kit. All sessions may be booked through the app or online.

Massage Guns, Massage Balls, and Massage Rollers are recovery tools. We also offer a Stretch Bar. They are all available for a 10-minute use for all members on a first come first use basis.

A nutritional session is be pre-booked through the app or online and can be either:
1. a 10-minute guided session with a Wellness Coach (that can be a cardio-metabolic resting test, a cardio-metabolic active test, or a review of an INFINITY Plan ); or
2. a self-guided session of body scan.

A 90-day personal roadmap for your training, nutrition and recovery put together by you Wellness coach, using scientific data. You’ll literally have wellness coach guidance in your pocket every day. Now you’ll know how to train, recover and eat to achieve your wellness goals!

Anytime within operating hours, 7 days a week. You have the option to join group sessions or workout on your own. We provide the best of the boutique studio experience with the convenience of a gym. Access training, nutritional and recovery areas at your convenience, all booked through the app or online.

We do not sell products that support single plastic usage. We recycle. We use clean personal products at our bathrooms, to wash towels, and give preference to clean products for disinfecting and cleaning our studios. We intend to mitigate our footprint with a zero-carbon approach in the near future. We are conscious of the future of our world.

At INFINITY we offer: (1) Fitness memberships, with access to our training sessions and recovery tools only; and (2) Wellness memberships, a comprehensive training, nutrition and recovery approach.

You can add yourself to the waitlist through the app. If you are on a waitlist for a session and a spot opens up at least 8 hours in advance of the session, you will be automatically added into the session.

To give fellow members an opportunity to enjoy the facility, we have an 8 hour cancellation policy. Sessions may be canceled in the app.

We recommend parking in the CocoWalk Shops parking garage. With our validation, it’s free for up to 90 minutes!

It’s recommended to show up 5-10 minutes prior to your booked session. If it’s your first session ever, show-up at least 30 minutes before the booked session.

Comfortable athletic gear is best. Cross-training sneakers are recommended.

Yes. There are two showers. Please bring a bath towel if you plan to enjoy the shower.

INFINITY offers a filtered water station and reusable water bottles for sale. We care about you and our planet so we do not sell single use plastic bottles. We do sell refillable water bottles at the front desk.
